Satu komentar yang dinilai melakukan penistaan agama karena menyebut sebaiknya Alquran direvisi karena sudah tidak sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman.Itu sungguh menyedihkan karena pemuda ini bak kerasukan syetan ketika berbicara seperti itu.

“Penafsir tunggal itu hanya rasul dan itu pun satu. sekarang ia sudah mati jd penafsir tunggal it sdh ga ada lg. Yg sebaiknya Alquaraan itu direvisi saja. Minimal kembalikan saja urusan itu ke Negara, Biar negara saja yg merelevansikannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman dan peradaban umat yg lebih progresif, modernis, teknologis dan teknogratis.”
Di samping itu menurutnya umat Islam diwajibkan untuk tidak mengikuti Nabi Muhammad langsung secara mentah-mentah, sebab tak ada hadis yang mengharuskan itu.
“Dalam BERNEGARA , kita tidak diwajibkan untuk mengiktui NABI MUHAMMAD langsung secara mentah2. Sebab tak ada hadis yang bunyinya, ‘Dabbiru siyasatakum kama ra-aitumuni udabbiru siyasati,’ aturlah politik kalian sebagaimana kalian lihat aku mengatur politikku.
Yang ada adalah hadis, ‘Shallu kama ra-aitumuni ushalli,’ salatlah sebagaimana kalian melihat aku salat.
Kenapa statemen ini hanya disabdakan Nabi dalam hal salat, dan tidak dalam lapangan politik? Jawabannya jelas: karena salat adalah masalah ubudiyyah yang statis, tidak berkembang, dan aturannya final dan terinci.
Soal politik adalah soal dinamis, dan karena dinamis maka tidak ada ‘politik Nabi’. Politik nabi pas sesuai pd zaman nya. Sementara sekarang bukan lg zaman nabi. tak SETIAP DALAM semua hal kita itu harus mengikuti Nabi.”
Berdasarkan komentar yang dinilai menyesatkan dan menistakan agama Islam serta membuka forum itu ke media sosial, maka Tuah dipecat dari kampusnya di UIN Sumut.
Pemecatan Tuah sebagai mahasiswa dibenarkan oleh Rektor UIN Sumut Prof. Nur Ahmad Fadhil Lubis ketika dihubungi via seluler, Rabu (23/9/2015).
“Iya benar, dia sudah kita pulangkan kepada orang tuanya. Itu dilakukan setelah melalui prosedur, baru kita keluarkan SK (pemecatan),” katanya seperti dikutip Tribunnews.
Informasi pemecatan itu awalnya dipublikasi oleh akun Imran Purba dalam postingannya di Facebook, dengan judul:
“Kemarin sudah diputuskan ada pemecatan mahasiswa UINSU Medan, yang menghina Allah, Nabi SAW dan Al-Qur’an.”
Postingan itu disertai dengan salinan keputusan pemecatan yang ditandatangani oleh Rektor UIN Sumut Prof. Nur Ahmad Fadhil Lubis tanggal 21 September 2015.
Tuah Aulia Fuadi merupakan mahasiswa semester V Jurusan Ahwal Al Syakhshiyah Fakultas Syari’ah UIN Sumut. Aulia mengungkapkan pikirannya di dalam akun Facebook miliknya.
Namun di dalam postingannya itu mengundang kecaman dari berbagai kalangan dan masyarakat luas dimana dia dinilai telah melecehkan Nabi Muhammad dan ajaran yang dibawakannya.
“Dahulu dizaman rasul, al QURAN itu hadir dalam wajah jelek (tampil di kulit kambeng) udah lah kepalanya botak (tak berbaris) beraroma busuk pula lg itu (yg pastinya bau bangkailah). Dahulu Alquran itu memang parah, kehadirannya primitif, beda dengan sekarang. Alquran yg sekarang sudah maju secara profresif. Ia tampil dlm wajah tampan. Postingan tulisan ini terlihat sudah dihapus dari kronologi postingan Tuah Aulia di Facebook. Namun beberapa netizen sudah terlebih dahulu menyalin, postingan tersebut sehingga masih bisa ditelusuri.
Tidak hanya itu menurut Nur Ahmad Fadhil Lubis, Tuah Aulia juga diakui beberapa orang saksi yang melihat telah terbukti melempar Alquran di hadapan mahasiswa baru saat berlangsung masa orientasi siswa (MOS).
Ahmad Fadhil mengungkapkan terdapat dua poin yang membuat Tuah Aulia dipecat dari UIN pertama pelanggaran disiplin dan kedua penistaan agama.

Menurutnya tindakannya itu sudah diperingatkan oleh pihak rektorat, tapi kemudian dia membuka forum tersendiri di media sosial yang dinilai mencemarkan nama baik UIN.
