“Saya juga bingung mengapa tak diambil tindakan dahulu oleh dokter jagalah Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD), RSUD Kota Bogor, walau sebenarnya keadaan suami saya telah lemas karena sebelumnya pernah ditolak juga di Rumah Sakit swasta di Jalan Pajajaran, ” kata Tenny.
Menurut Tenny pihak tempat tinggal sakit, segera mengarahkan supaya Udin dibawa ke Tempat tinggal Sakit Marzuki Mahdi (RSMM). Menurut Tenny, almarhum Udin Syahrudin sebenarnya tak mempunyai kisah jantung. Bahkan juga sekian hari sebelumnya dibawa ke RS Mulia di Jalan Pajajaran, pernah dirawat sehari di RS Family Medical Centre, Jalan Raya Bogor-Jakarta, Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor.
“Setelah itu dokter mempersilahkan pulang. Sehari lalu kambuh lagi, dadanya mendadak nyesek serta dibawa ke RS Mulia di Jalan Pajajaran, namun dokter dirumah sakit ini merekomendasikan suami saya yang telah lemas itu mesti selekasnya dirawat di ruangan
ICU, waktu itu juga kita bawa ke RSUD Kota Bogor, ” tutur ibu anak satu itu.
Hal senada diungkapkan, Tina (39) adik Tenny yang turut mengantar almarhum sebagian sebelum wafat dunia. “Iya kita wanita semua yang mengantar, ” tuturnya. Mereka sekeluarga bingung, mengapa almarhum sebelum meninggal yang memang kondisinya telah kritis dan harus mendapatkan penanganan intensif, malah memperoleh perlakuan tak manusiawi.
“Padahal almarhum itu peserta BPJS kelas 2. Tiga rumah sakit yang menolak itu alasannya penuh. Seharusnya sebelumnya mereka menolak secara halus dengan dalih ruangan penuh, kerjakan aksi, ” katanya.
Menurutnya, Rumah Sakit Islam Bogor tempat pasien pada akhirnya memperoleh perawatan intensif sampai menghembuskan nafas terakhir mau menerima, sesudah pihak keluarga pasien yang mengantar mengakui bukanlah peserta BPJS.
“Di RS Islam Bogor itupun kita mendaftar dan pada akhirnya mau ditangani sesudah kita katakan pasien umum (bukan pasien BPJS), ” tuturnya.
Sampai jasad almarhum dikuburkan, pihak keluarga belum tahu persis penyebab tentu atau hasil diagnosis dokter kalau almarhum menderita penyakit jantung.
“Sebelumnya tidak keluhan atau riwayat sakit jantung. Kami sangat menyayangkan, sikap sebagian rumah sakit, khususnya yang notabene punya pemerintah jadi memperlakukan pasien yang udah dalam keadaan lemas (sekarat). Kemana sisi kemanusiaannya, ” katanya.
Disamping itu, Kepala Humas RSUD Kota Bogor Okto Muhammad Ikhsan waktu di konfirmasi, membantah pihaknya menolak hanya karena pasien adalah peserta BPJS Kesehatan.
“Yang jelas bukan karena BPJS, nanti saya cobalah cek dulu ke pihak IGD RSUD, serta saya minta detail identitas almarhum, ” ujarnya.
Dia juga menyampaikan, pasien sebenarnya pernah diakukan dokter jaga ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD).
“Pasien pernah diperiksa dokter IGD Shift malam, rujukan dari RS Mulia dan telah diberikan obat ISDN. Saat itu (almarhum) kondisinya sadar penuh, tanda-tanda vital dalam batas normal, keluhan nyeri ulu hati serta EKG batas normal. Telah diberikan 02 nasal di IGD, karena ruangan penuh dan kondisi pasien stabil maka pasien dirujuk lagi saran ke RS terdekat, ” kata Okto. HP
